Our website and checkout are fully secured with an SSL certificate security encryption provided by "Let's Encrypt". We never save your credit card information, it is sent immediately to the bank.
We want to be as transparent with our customers as possible! Please ensure you enter the correct details of your credit card and it matches exactly the same as the bank or credit card company which issued it.
- No spaces in the credit card numbers.
- Shipping address matches the Billing address.
- Enter the 3 or 4 digits on either the back or front of the credit card.
- The credit card is valid and is not expired.

Sorry to hear that! Items that do not have defects or are not damaged, can be returned within 14 days of receiving your order. Shipping these items back will be at the customer's expense. Please send us an email at email@example.com and we will be in contact within 24 hours. Closeout items cannot be returned unless defective.

You may return defective products up to 14 days after you receive the product. No refunds will be allowed after 14 days.
